Hi everyone
My name is Madeline
I did lose 11 pounds but gained it back
The holidays is hard and it gets me down a bit
I did started to workout yesterday for the first time
I have a lot of health issues
I went on a bike and I think that I was on for 10 to 15 minutes
My grandson who is 5 went on the treadmill
My son who is 32 was working out too
It was so hard because of the problem with my legs
Then I went on the treadmill my self for about 10 to 15 minutes then I knew that I was done
I was in pain last night because of my legs and I took tylenol last night
Was a bit sore today but not bad
We are going to do this everything the Lord willing
I need to do this, the doctor told me that I am having problems with my left foot, the blood flow is not good
I don't want to lose my foot or leg

Way to go Madeline!
I too am just getting back into my weight loss.
I too have soem health problems, despite being young!
I'm trying to excersize in anyway for 30 minutes a day 3-5X a week.
Keep it up Try to do a bit each day!

Every small step will bring you closer. The more you do it, the better you're going to get! Just hang in there. When I first started on my journey to health, I could barely even do 1mph for more than a couple of minutes on the treadmill and I was wiped out. I can't believe that now I walk most days for 30 mins between 3-3.5 mph. Hang in there! :flowerforyou:0
