Bat Wings

Over the last 4 years I've lost about 100lbs. I've had a tummy tuck because of excess skin but I'm too broke now to get anything done. I have serious bat wings and my legs are saggy like an elephant's. Can anyone recommend some things I can do at the gym to maybe help minimize the look of this stuff? I now weigh 170 at 5'6" which is still about 20 lbs over goal but I still feel like I look gross due to all this excess skin.
