Where are the Yo Yos at?

Hi Everyone,

I've been here for a while but...in general I start...and then fall off the map...I work out...and then I stop...I get just a few lbs away from my biggest milestone...and then I go back up.

I just can't seem to keep up with it when my routine changes. As a college student, my schedule changes every few months. As a server, I work different days every single week. I don't handle the change well and the first thing to go is my exercise.

I need friends to keep me motivated...give me advice/tips...and just cheer me on.

Healthy by Graduation? May 2013 is the goal!
