Tracking food question

I have gotten to where I am right around 1200 calories. My question is I am always under on my fat and carbs and WAY over on my protein. I am doing Visalus and my 2 shakes meet my protein for the day. Can someone explain what this means and what I should focus on?

    Personally I find that MFP sets the protein goal way too low. I typically get 80-100 gms a day.

    It's not bad to go over on Protein, and as Onaughmae said, MFP sets the protein very low.
