Hello everyone! I'm new to MFP and am in need of support to get me started back on my P90X. I tried it a few months ago and didn't complete it! I'm going to start again today and just need some motivation from people who are in the same boat. Any tips or just personal stories would really help! TY.

P190 brings back a lot of painful memories!!! lol I did it for about 2 months straight and the results were wonderful!! I just got tired of working out a home alone so I joined a gym. One thing you can do the keep you going is find a friend or family member that wants to lose weight and you guys do it together. This will give you someone to encourage vice versa, but if that person starts slacking off you have to have a keep going attitude. Try to workout the same time everyday. If you set that time aside for just your workout you will be more likely to workout than not. Make sure you track your progress (measurements, reaps) because the weight may not come off as fast you want it to but if you see it in you clothing and in your strength that will keep you going. Also logging this site faithfully, this will help you so much with the foods that you eat. I was shocked at the calaries I was putting in my body once I started logging my food.
