Insanity and running/spinning

Hi. I really want to do Insanity but I have been having a hard time doing it along with my running and spinning. Typically I run in the morning every other day and spin on the opposite days. I'd like to add Insanity in the evening, but I haven't been successful yet.

Have any of you combined Insanity with running/spinning? If so, any advice?

    I stopped running to do Insanity because it's intense and it's 6 days a week. I didn't want to risk injury from doing too much. I now have about 2 weeks left of Insanity and I really want to get back into running so I'm thinking about running again and mixing in some random Insanity workouts here and there. I haven't fully decided yet. I may figure out something with weights to do during my off-runnnig days.
