Meal help& Accountability

I am 5'7 currently 180, and I am trying to get 1500 calories in, but keep it low carb. I've been trying for almost a month and a half. I have realized that with eating 5 meals my twosnacks need to be at the end of the day otherwise I will binge it on crap. Can someone help me come up with a meal plan that I can follow to the T, Im trying to get to 160, by march which I think is very doable. I just need a buddy to help me and daily hold me accountable anytakers?

    I usually eat more than 1500 calories. If you check out the Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Thread you can look at some of Songbyrd's meals and depending on how low carb you are going those may be the best for you. The best advice I can give you is stick with low GI vegetables. I use most of my carbs for dairy b/c the calcium is important for me. I eat too much fat b/c I eat a lot of nuts.

    Example of my menu on a perfect low carb day

    Breakfast - 3 eggs or 2 eggs

    Snack - Yoplait yogurt with 1/4 cup nuts and plain yogurt with 1 tsp honey

    Lunch - 5 oz tuna and 2 cups of spinach with 2 tablespoons dressing

    Dinner 4 oz tilapia with cabbage or black beans (1/4 cup dry)

    Snack 4 oz tilapia with grapefruit
