I have no food and no money. I already ate a small bit of past and some toast for dinner but I'm still starving and I have basically nothing. I have some bread, eggs, pickles, peanut butter and that's about it. Gotta love college. Thank god I'm going home for a few days tomorrow.

    Egg sandwich! Scramble up some eggs but don't chop them so they can form a small mass. Plop them between two slices of bread. Yummy with cheese!

    If you have some eggs, make an egg white omelete or scramble some egg whites.. the protein will help keep u full! Sometimes when I do don't have any protein powder left, before bed I make scrambled eat whites and it keeps me satisied til morning. Hope this helps..:wink:

  • Scrambled eggs or peanut butter on bread is always good. Looks like you haven't been logging in a while. Still working towards your goals???

    Poached eggs on toast! Low cal, high protein :)
    Don't neglect peanut butter sandwiches (see if any neighbors/roomies have some honey or bananas to put on it, too)
  • I'm so tired of eggs and peanut butter sandwiches. Yes I'm still working towards my goal but I don't really count calories. I don't have time and I absolutely despise it. Read my blog if you want more info about my opinion on that.
