Please help! Trying to figured out my cals correctly!

I always try to stay under 1200 calories a day no matter what. You are going to lose weight this way. The thing is whatever you normally eat or ate before you started working out you need to cut out 500 cal from that. SO either burn an extra 500 or cut out 500 cal or 1/2 and 1/2 by doing this you'll lose 1 lbs a week. If you burn or cut 1000 a day you'd lose 2 lbs a week. Hope that makes some since.0
