Got the classic hourglass figure but my booty is lacking. Anyone else need some help in the booty department? Does anyone have DVD suggestions/specific workouts that helped cure flat bum?

Yes, this. My butt looks pretty damn amazing from incorporating those two workouts into my routine.

3-5 sets of 5-8 reps with as heavy a weight as you can manage.

    I was.
generic guy with no *kitten* that sits at work all day.
    then I did squats.
3 sets of 5 not counting warmups.

now I have a butt and nice legs... and I can squat 1.5 times my bodyweight (330)

I think guess and check is a good way to figure what's heavy for you. Start with just the bar, try it, if you get over 8 reps, you should go higher. Progression is important, so anytime the current weight load can go more than 8 reps, you should increase!

I never thought I had a nice booty before, but since lifting I've had positive reviews and even (in the gym) "wow, those squats are working for you!"
