Is anyone here doing these workouts? I am ready to start Stage 1 and I believe I understand the sequence, but not the exercises themselves. For example, squats - the books gives a few different ways to do squats. Do you just pick one of those? What am I missing? Thanks.

For squats in stage 1, you're just going to do classic barbell back squats. The exercise charts should include a page reference to tell you which version of every move to do in each stage.0 -
