New and some help needed

Hi everyone, I am new to this (4 days) and im a litlle confiused...can someone answer the following questions for me?
My targets are cals 1200, fat 40, protein 45 and carbs 165................is this average? Im 5.10, relatively active and going to me more active, think I will toil with the protein especially.

Also, when I am under the targets, its say i will be a rediculously low weight in 5 weeks? but if i am a couple over, its says i will be half a stone heavier in 5 weeks?

Looking to get this right and make it work.
