SO I have been on and off (mostly on!!) MFP for two years now. Since I was in college and woke up one morning weighing almost 175 pounds!!!!! I have battled (and still do) with binge eating disorder. I own it, I live with it, and every day is a new chance to live positively and make good choices! I have good days and bad days, weeks, months etc. I have lately been really caught in a lose/gain cycle in the same ten pounds. Down to 150 and back up to 161. For MONTHS. Its time to make a change and break through that 150 barrier! My current weight today is 157. I am eating with the motto: CLEAN, GREEN, LEAN. I am a mostly vegetarian eater, with some digestion problems lately I have cut down on gluten products, dairy and sugar. I am a MEGA SWEET-TOOTH!!! working on that one. I have some awesome books with strategies for people like me struggling with B.E.D that I need to remember to use always. I am also on the path to becoming a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition consultant. I am a dancer and dance teacher and I LOVE that part of my life...time to make the changes I need to make to be better prepared for what I wanna do in life! I love hiking and lifting weights.
