I'm skinny trying to get toned. I've been eating healthy meals, every three hours and going to the gym everyday (for at least two hours). I lost weight. I’m at 91 lbs now.. but that’s a bad thing! I keep losing fat but I’m not gaining any muscle! What can I do guys? Please help. I need to gain weight (in muscle, not fat obviously).
Should I do less cardio and more weight lifts? Or eat differently? HELP!!!

Do less cardio and lift more. Also eat more and eat protein. Drink plenty of water.0

You have to intake more calories (healthy calories) than you burn. 40% carbs (sweet potato's, brown rice, etc.) 40% protein (chicken, eggs, fish, etc) and 20% fats (almonds, walnuts, avocados, etc). I don't count veggies or fruit as a carbs, I eat as much veggies as I want along with fruit! They are good snacks. I also drink Whey protein shakes after a work out. Over all I eat about 2000 calories a day. Try lifting three times a week and cardio twice a week. It is working for me. I hope this helps.0
