Reviews on Be Fit In 90?

I just found this 90 day program for free on youtube and was curious if anyone had tried it and how it worked for them. What I have seen so far is encouraging because it plans on swapping out muscle groups and routines so I won't get sore or bored. I like that it is only 30 minutes, which will free me up for trying different videos and exercises (like dancing since I am so very uncoordinated sometimes) for the rest of my exercise time allotment.
Also, if you have done it, did it require weights or extra equipment? I have hand weights in 2, 3, and 5 lbs, and a step, but that is it.
Thanks in advance!

I'm on day 11. I'm already seeing a difference in my core. The only equipment you need is weights but those are pretty light. I use 25 pounds on my legs and 12.5-15 pounds on the upper body.0
