Hello ladies and gents
I've just started to try and be healthy and lose a little but I have two problems that get in the way to my course:
- I'm starting my third year so I'll be in placement a lot of the time doing shift work (7am - 8:30pm type shifts) so I won't have enough time to get proper meals at times.
- I also don't get a lot of funding and only just got a job 2 years in, so I'm struggling to get some decent healthy food
Have any of you lovely people got any tips? As I keep just think "Oh a pizza is only £1-1.50 from Iceland, it's cheaper than food that could help me lose weight" aaaaah!!
