:flowerforyou: I quit smoking on June 6th 2012 and have since then gained some weight. Not only did I quit smoking, I had two major surgeries during that time. One, to remove half of thyroid, and the other female surgery. Both surgeries were due to cancer. Hence, quitting smoking!! I am very proud of myself but at the same time, I am upset with the amount of weight I am gaining. I am on thyroid meds but weight still climbing. I love Pepsi and that is the only thing I usually drink. So, trying to give up the pop and get some excercise in at least 4 times a week. Need some friends to check in with me and give support. I will do the same. So, far I'm loving this app!!! I've got a good feeling. Going to use the things I did while stopping smoking and incorporate them into weight loss. Wish me luck!!!!
