I have been at the for 10 days now... So far so good I haven't been this determined to do something in a long time. I am so glad that I am starting this lifestyle change...
We got invited to a social event that I really dont want to go to b/c I dont want to ruin my eating habits. What if they dont have anything that I can have? I was thinking if they have hamburgers and hot dogs I could have a bunless one.. Im trying to stay away from Breads, Pasta's, Rice, Chips, Soda (I'll have Diet Dr. Pepper once in a while)
I have really been watching out for the size of portions I have.. Im really excited to get the ball rolling so I can fit into that wedding dress without any issues

Bring your own food : ) I certainly would if I was worried about what was going to be served. They will understand and if they don't who cares, this is for you not them.0

That's it exactly. It's fairly common now for people to forgoe the bread, and even if you're the only one there doing it, well, honestly, how often do you pay attention to what other people are eating? Just find the things you can have and snack on them. And if you stray a little don't sweat it, one evening isn't going to kill you.
That said, don't use it as an excuse to fall off the wagon! good luck!0 -
