Hi all,

Not exactly sure where this should go, but I wanted to mention this book I just discovered.

Diet and Health, With a Key to the Calories - By Lulu Hunt Peters (http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/15069)

This book was written around 100 years ago, but it's an easy read and might help people find the motivation they need.
