The working out part was the easy part (relativly speaking ). Just did as many repetitions as I could until my body couldn't do them anymore. The hard part was saying no to delicious food. But I followed the p90x plan to a tee and even bought a kitchen scale and kept a journal and 90 days later I felt great!

Congratulations on your transformation! You look fantastic.
I'm in week six of P90X. After close to sixty years of gravity pulling everything a little lower, I'll never look like an underwear model but I am stronger than I've been in years and all my "numbers" have improvered remarkably. I highly recommend this program to everyone

Good for you! What is great about p90x is that it is a program designed to improve your overall health and performance. Make you feel great first and the physical looks just follow suit.

I just want to be clear that you didn't look like you needed to do anything to change your appearance in the before photo; you looked great. But the after photo shows such an amazing transformation! You look absolutely incredible. Excellent work! Congratulations!
