Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Hum?

What would I have done differently? track my calories and workout

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout at the Y

  • So I have been MIA for several months. And thanks to goldk I am posting again. I joined WW in August, so I stopped my activity on this site. But I could use the support. I just got back from vacation on Friday and did not do well so I am getting back on track.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Nothing

    What would I have done differently? Not stuffed myself with high cal foods

    What is today's personal goals? Journal/track everything that goes in my mouth

    Welcome back Nlongenecker!!! I am making some progress - 20lbs since June. I hope to maintain during the holidays and kick it back in full force in Jan. I am still posting the check in on weekdays but I've been slacking on weekends. I hope to lose another 20 by July. I think it is doable :bigsmile:

    LOL I ate a good breakfast.

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have measured everything out and I should have stayed away from the pancakes for dinner.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories and workout tonight.
