30 DS and Weight Training?

I am new to this whole "exercise" thing so please bear with me.

Currently this is what a "normal" workout week looks like for me: Mon, Wed, Fri - Couch to 5k over my lunch hour/35 min on Elliptical, 30 min on stepper, and 15 minutes of stretching after work.

Tues, Thurs, Sat - 35 min on Elliptical on my lunch hour/30 min on Stepper, 30 min of weights and kettelbells, and 15 minutes of stretching after work. I also do one hour of Yoga on Thursday nights.

Sun - REST

I am thinking about starting the 30 Day Shred in the mornings before work. Is it okay to do this everyday? Even the days I do weight training?

I am hoping to keep as toned as possible while losing weight so that I do not have a lot of work to do after I get to my goal weight.

    Hahaha, thanks! I just feel so good when I workout but I don't want to get stuck in a cardio rut, lol. :)
