Alternatives to running while my sprained ankle heals?

I've only been running seriously for the past three months, but have been making great progress and loving it. About 3 weeks into my half marathon training schedule, I have a minor ankle sprain. I've had much worse in the past, but not when I've been under pressure to get back on it. Any recommendations for cardio that will not aggravate my ankle too much and not let me fall too far behind in my training for the next week or so? Race is in 12 weeks!!! AAHHH!!
