    Pancakes do NOT do it for me. It's the texture or something...idk...

    EXCEPT---the gluten free apple cinnamon pancakes from this place called Kerbey Lane. I don't know what the hell kind of voodoo magic they put in those pancakes, but they are a party in my mouth.

    So unless you have gluten free apple cinnamon pancakes from Kerbey Lane, I have zero jealousy at the moment.
