my goal is weight-loss. I have lost 12lbs in the first 2.5 weeks in my new program. Myfitnesspal was suggested to me by a friend. Myfitnesspal's format reminds me of Facebook but for health nuts. So I need to build up my friends! I have been working in the Nutrition, Fitness/ Sports Fitness industry for 15 years now. I'am in my mid 30s.:wink:
