How to Modify Insanity for Low Ceiling?

Has anybody had to modify the Insanity workouts due to a low ceiling? To keep up on my workouts (starting today!) I'm going to have to do them at my boyfriend's house on the weekends and the ceiling in his room is LOW, like... just over 6ft high (sometimes I'm scared I'm gonna hit my head just walking in there!) And no, there isn't room anywhere else in the house: the living room is actually someone else's room, the kitchen is tiny...

So what, if any, modifications can I do for moves like the vertical jumps, power jacks, power jumps, etc.? Please and thank you! =)

Squat lower before you jump? Should definitely intensify the quad work.

I wish... He lives in San Francisco, so no front yard, and though he has a backyard, it is currently under construction as he works towards building a deck...

Bumping again. There has to be more people with this issue, not just me!

Same issue, but I don't have a solution.. Since moving to a place where the ceiling is also only about six feet, I have developed an ankle issue, so I've been ordered to rest it. :(
