Help Confused about the weekly goal and dailey?

Im just confused about the weekley goal that shows on the MFP app., and is there a place for the weekly goal on here cause I can't find it?I have consistantly been under my weekly goal almost every week but have went over some days on my daily goal. What's the one I should follow?Am I doing good staying under weekly even though I go over sometimes on my daily?I havn't lost much weight at all and so frustrated!I exercise 3-4 times a week doing title boxing since May 15th 2012,and these last 2 weeks started working out on my bowflex at home lifting as heavy as I can.I upped my calories to 1500 1/2 lb. a week because I kept going over on the 1300 I was set at, just so hungry all the time!Since I started the bowflex and upped my calories i've gained 3lbs!What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me?

IMHO you need a serious revamp of your diet. Add sugar to your macros and I think you'll see that you consistently go over those every day. That much sugar in your diet alone is OF COURSE going to leave you hungry a lot. If I were you, I'd cut back on the processed foods, cut back on the junky sugar foods, and focus on foods that will leave you feeling fuller longer.

That said......you increased your calories and increased your junk food, and you gained weight. Yep. Um....that's what the problem. You upped your calories and you did it with yucky foods.

As far as dailys versus weeklys goes, you should stay in your CALORIES daily, and you should focus your EXERCISE on the weekly. Meaning focus on keeping your calories every day. And when evaluating weight loss, the general rule of thumb is that you need to have burned 3500 calories per week for 1lb of weight. When you are wondering why you aren't losing fast enough, look at your exercise calories burned FOR THE WEEK. I don't pay attention to my weekly calorie intake for anything other than general info. It's far more important to keep to focus on your food every day.

Thanks for the advice,it's just confusing because some people say eat what ever you want and stay in your daily calories and you will be ok.Or they say up your calories your not eating enough.I don't think i'm one of those people who can eat whatever they want .I guess i just still havn't found out what works for me?I do get too much sugar but a couple of servings of fruit and you can go over it just seems too low?
