how many calories?

For those who have had success on here I have a question.

They have me at 1260 calories to lose 1.5lbs a week. I find myself eating closer to 1400 calories a day without feeling deprived which is a cutback from what I ate before.

How many calories a day did it take for you to lose the weight? Did you exercise? How much a day?

    I was at 1200 a day for about 4 months and lost about 25lbs in that 4 months. You can work those calories to be really filling foods, you just have to be careful.
