Anyone experience this (menstrual/mirena question)

My "period" should be here in another day or so, but it's not completely regular because I have the Mirena IUD. My question is that I feel extremely fatiqued and dizzy to the point that I couldn't work out today! I walked on the treadmill at home slowly, but anything faster than 3 mph caused my dizziness to worsen. I have zero energy either. I also have had a headache all day and some body aches, back aches. If I didn't have the IUD, I would guarantee that I was pregnant, as my symptoms fit that perfectly (at least for me). I have taken a test and it is negative. The same exact thing happened last month a couple days before my period, which was very light and short. The test was negative then as well. Has this happened to anyone else? I can handle cramping, etc, but I can't stand not being able to work out or having any energy at all! Thanks in advance!

Maybe you need more iron? Or more food?
I'm not a doctor. I have no freakin' clue. Just shooting into the dark.0
