I'm just wondering if people use other software (or even dare I say paper) to record their exercise over and above logging in MFP) I'm starting to think it would be good to record exercise in more detail so does anyone have any suggestions or experiences they could share with me :-)

i'm writing down my strength training routine and progress..... and I'm keeping track of my running times while I'm training for a half marathon. but mfp is my primary because this is where I put my food.0

I use a free running log at runningahead.com
you can log all sorts of stuff there0 -
I do, but that's only because I'm following the program from New Rules of Lifting for Women. I'm looking to make an excel spreadsheet instead though so I can log on my phone instead of lugging around pen, paper, phone w/ headphones, water, and a towel. It's getting on my nerves.0

thanks guys. I'll have a look at running ahead and see what this is about. Excel also sounds a good idea. I have a tool called thejournnal which I may look at to see if I could use this as well.0
