New to myfitnesspal

Hi there,
I am new to myfitnesspal and have started in round 3 12WBT. Just introducing myself and make myself accountable to those out there in the world of Townsville..to keep an eye on me and all :noway: I ride a lot especially around the river, up and down the river, ventured in to the strand on Wednesday burning off 1000 calories and am starting to burn up the fitness and less on burning off fat. Off up castle hill on Saturday morning with the townsville 12WBT crew and then recover in the pool doing aqua erobics.
