Anyone use a pressure cooker?

My plans tonight devolved and I ended up making brown rice at 7:30 pm. It's almost done thanks to the pressure cooker. Anyone have any good pressure cooker recipes?

I use mine all the time but I use it to cook beans in it. Longer cooking, unsoaked beans take 30 minutes. Lentils and black eyed peas take about 8 minutes.

Use it all the time! I'm making a ham and bean
    soup in it tonight.

Absolutely LOVE my pressure cooker! Great for last minute easy meals! Who knew you could have a full roast dinner in less than an hour?!

    Yes!

I can make an awesome stew in about an hour!

  • I like to use it for tough meat. Shin from elk or venison comes out being wonderful. I used to use it for beans, but I found a crockpot does a better job (and won't burn them.)

Love it! I use mine primarily for home canning soups and sauces.

Crockpot is great for keeping food warm. Never burned
    beans before.
