What to do at the gym.

I Have over 100lbs to lose, and im worried about sagging skin since im just doing cardio and watching my diet. What would you recommend for a newbie to do to still lose weight but battle sagging skin?

That's going to happen or not, there's no battle to it.. Either you are young enough to get away with it (young skin tends to be more elastic) or perhaps you're genetically gifted in the skin-elasticity dept, but if neither is true, then it's gonna sag. No biggie. There's compression clothing for that, and if that doesn't work for you, surgery on the other end of the spectrum. It's more important to get the weight off, sag or not, for your health than to use baggy skin as an excuse to stay overweight.

I would think - and I am just mussing here - that you should work out with dumbbells and do toning exercise for certain part of your body. Bicep curls, triceps kickbacks, extensions, squats, lunges, shoulder presses...basically any kind of workout with a dumbbell should tone you out....oh and pullups / chinups are great too...

Weight training. Stronglifts 5x5 ! A female friend of mine introduced me to it, she lost over 115 lbs and looks great

Since you are at the gym, lift weights on your non-cardio days. It will promote muscle retention.
That should help somewhat with the loose skin issue. Stonglifts, Starting Strength, or The New Rules of Lifting for Women would be great resources.

Losing at a reasonable rate (1 to 2 lbs a week for now, at the 50lb pound to go mark it will lean toward that 1 pound a week.) will also help. The rest is age and genetics.

this, or some kind of basic beginner workout. cardio is cool, but weight training is going to be key in shaping your figure. don't be afraid to lift as heavy as you can....challenge yourself. you won't get bulky or turn into a man. do you have access to a personal trainer, or someone that can show you the ropes?

oh and about the sagging skin, we all have a little here and there. i would focus on getting the weight in check, give it about a good strong year with diet/exercise then re-evaluate and see where i'm at. i would aim at 1 to 1 1/2 lb loss a week max, to give the skin as much of a chance to rebound as possible. i'd drink lots of water and apply my cremes/skin lotions religiously!!
