This afternoon I was thinking I should look into an on-line journal to track my upcoming diet and well, here I am! I'm 40 yrs old and have been on this weightloss rollercoaster for years. I've got a pretty darn good life...happily married, 10 yr old son, great group of friends, could use a little more money (and who couldn't?) but otherwise the only major downside is my weight. I don't really have a plan of action this time round and while that sounds like I'm being non-commital about the whole thing, I'm really not. I have a tendency to let "the diet" rule my life. And in the end, that bit of neurosis usually kicks my butt and ruins my efforts. Sooo, I'm hoping to cut out the chips, ice cream and extra syrups in my coffee....maybe even throw in some excerise and decrease my portions a bit. LOL, we'll see...logging everything may just feed my obsessive little monster.
