I am relatively new to this site. My name is Lance I am 37 and I live in central Ohio (Go Bucks!) I started my journey to a healthier me on 1/4/12 at 320 lb I used a different app though to track my success and they went out of business!! Grrr!! I am currently 244 lb and my success is using the mobile apps!! It really helps out!!! I bought a fit bit and it tethers to this site and it has helped very well to and the scale they make too I have both and love it.
