There is a reason the weight loss industry is a multibillion dollar industry...Diets don't work.
Sure they can be really effective in the short term but within 12-24 months almost everyone on them will be back to their starting weight if not heavier. If HCG or other diets actually worked then only one of them would still be in existence and the others would die off.
The trick to losing weight is simple but not at all sexy.
1) Eat reasonable portions given your body and frame.
2) Eat mostly whole foods and try to minimize packet foods where possible.
3) Move regularly (ideally lift a few times each week)
4) Get 6-8 hours of sleep each night.
It might take a while but it is sustainable and really the only consistent way to regularly lose weight and keep it off. You didn't get overweight overnight, over a week or probably over a year so why do you expect that you should lose weight overnight or in a few weeks?
Real change takes time and hard work!
