has anybody done it for cardio? i run/walk 3 times a week plus strength training 3 times a week but i was thinking about adding that just to spice things up haha. so maybe adding that on my strength training days. i think its fun so i figure i may as well. it has a work out mode on there with the calories burned but im not sure if their correct. does anybody have any thoughts on this?

I've done DDR as cardio before. Unfortunately there's a lot of downtime while you're waiting for things to load, but you could always jog in place or something if you wanted to keep moving. I pretty much only use the workout mode. I've worn my heart rate monitor while doing it before but with all the stand around time, I didn't feel like it was really accurate so I just add up and log the minutes I'm actually playing as "aerobic dance" or something on MFP. It's a fun way to switch up your workouts, no matter how much of a dork I feel like doing it. :laugh:0
