We are having pizza for dinner. Papa Murphy's, thin crust, veggies, light cheese. About 350 calories for 2 slices. Plan ahead and eat what you like I say.

Reading a discussion about bread a few months ago I came across praise for the author Ken Forkish. Searching for his bread book on Amazon, I discovered that he also had a pizza book. Purchasing both, I decided to follow the instructions for Neapolitan pizza dough. Since then, I've been having pizza 2-4 times each week. And yes, pizza rocks. My pepperoni on 140 g dough is about 415 calories and my meatball on 140g dough is about 510 calories.

Turkey pepperoni has great flavor for 70% less fat. The texture is kind of stiff, so I just cut the slices into quarters. Homemade thin crust, 2% cheese.....yum!

Use a tortilla spread organic sauce on it top it with all your favorites veggies and mozzarella! ENJOY!

I second the tortilla crust pizza! Low cal and it's like a really thin, crispy crust. Top it with whatever you like!

Thank you for all these yummy recipes and info.
Before I went on a LCHF diet, Mondays were Pizza Night. They say where there's a Will there's a Way, lol.
I make one of these recipes, and eat half. Monday Night is still Pizza Night!
