Anyone else get in some exercise by playing team sports?
I play 5v5 indoor co-ed soccer on Thursday nights with my boyfriend. I love the game, but I'm about an hour and a half out from kick-off, and I start getting jitters at around this time.
I haven't really found any good ways of getting rid of them until I'm actually on the field, but the games are so short (24-minute halves) that by time I feel like I'm up to my game, I'm either being subbed out, or the game is over.
Any tips?
