I'm been stuck on a plateau since the past 2-3 weeks. I haven't lost any weight, and I've been working my hardest.
It's so demotivating. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong?

I'm drinking lots of water, working out 4-5 times a week, and eating about 1300-1500 calories a day.
ANY advice is helpful!

That amount of time isn't classed as a plateau. If you are working out much more than normal it could be water weight.

May not be the best advice. She may actually need more calories dependent on her TDEE. Undereating can be a direct reason for slow/no weight loss.

Bump up your calories to at least your BMR, but closer to your TDEE. that's what kicked my plateau's butt!!

i'm in plateau for 12 weeks before i break it by taking rest. used to workout out so hard that i think that's causing my plateau. hope this helps. in your case i suggest upping your calorie or changing your carb, protein ratio.

    THIS!

I was stuck for FIVE weeks, no change... Increased my workouts, no difference.

So I increased my calories from 1200 to 1700... And lost 0.6kg (almost 1 and a half pounds) after just FIVE DAYS!!

Okay, I'm going to try that. I'll look up my TDEE calories since I'm not sure what that limit is supposed to be.
Thanks guys :) guess I have to be more patient!
