My Numbers

Tracking my food for maybe 2 weeks and now that I have a better handle on my calories, my fat and protein are always high. Is this cancelling out my bonus calories at the end of the day? I see that my exercising makes a dent in the calories but, of course, it's slower to attack the fat. My food choices are usually healthy for the most part. I prefer healthy foods in general but I have portion control issues. To be perfectly honest, I am trying to whittle away at this in a way that I will continue. I started out, over blowing my calories and making up for some with sporadic exercise. I have slowly started adding to my exercise routine and my portions are way better. I have stopped eating after dinner all together. So what should I be thinking on the fat and protein situation? If it's healthy fats?
Sorry, I'm rambling.
Thanks!

It's totally fine. MFP's standard numbers are actually a little too low for fat and protein anyway in my opinion.0
