yes i'm pretty much screaming that! I decided to try on some old clothes today.

i fit back into one pair of jeans! yay! and i decided to try on some dresses. 2 of them are looking better (considering they looked hideous before) and one of them fit awesome!! (minus the side view, still had to put on a girdle- thingy underneath but hey, it's a start!)

I cannot remember the last time this dress fit, especially since it's that clingy unforgiving fabric. I'll take it!! i seriously looked in the mirror and went "DAMN! i look good!"

haha it took me forever to figure that out too when i first joined!
it means Non Scale Victory something not related to the number on the scale -ie: fitting into old clothes, healthy food choices, pretty much anything that makes you happy on your journey!!

haha thanks. they're getting there. i think the heels help. but yea for some reason i really love leg days, i can definitely tell they're toning up more. still have some chunk by my knees but, oh well. lol
