Why is it that when you get back on the calorie counting wagon EVERYTHING looks good. I am usually not a person who eats junk. I have an occasional bowl of icecream or something sweet..... it doesn't happen often. I completely understand that obesity runs in the family and I will NEVER be one of those girls that can eat what they want and still look fabulous (jealous). I work out 6 days a week (4 and 1 rotation) and have just jumped back on the calorie wagon because I want to slim down more. I stopped by the store today and the donuts that I usually breeze right by seemed to be chasing me around the store looking SOOOO tasty!!! Then I went to the grocery store to pick up dinner and accidently went down the bagged candy aisle... I damn near had to run! Another thing.... it is said that when you feel hungry drink water... you are probably just thirsty. So...... I down 3 bottles of water in an attempt to silence the rumblings below my mouth. NOPE!!! I am still hungry. Good thing I work night shift and my "Dinner" is soon. :)
