Hi all. 47 y.o. male. 260 in the spring, down 18 currently. 3-4 days a week of hard cardiovascular, 1-2 days weights/resistance. I feel that I am over the hump nutritionally in that I'm eating much healthier and the cravings for garbage/sweets are at a minimum. Tracking calories and exercise here makes it easy to equate the cookie dough ice cream to just exactly how much work I have to do to work it off. I'm motivated as hell and feel good about my current loss. I enjoy the msg boards here and find them encouraging.
