Now for your age I will have to say that you look great, and perhaps better than some women half of your age in this a website and the ones that I see in the gym as well. Not that I go to the Gym to look for women as that is my temple. I respect my temple as it is a sacred battle ground for pumping iron lol.

    Thats colombian genetics girl. That is written all over your DNA with a back up in case it breaks haha. I don't think that I would be anywhere near as strong without mommas rice beans and chicken lmao. Looking back I don't think I had any less than 170 grams of protein a day as a kid haha.
