thighs and cellulite!

I have thick thighs, always have and am pretty sure I always will, I have no problem with the thickness but since being pregnant and gaining 60 (ahhhh!) pounds, i have noticeable cellulite on my thighs now. I've lost 20 lbs so far and am aiming to lose another 15 by new years, but I was just wondering if there was anything specific i could do to get rid of that damn cellulite. will gaining more muscle help reduce the appearance of cellulite or should i just work on cardio to lose the fat? advice/tips much appreciated!
