Today's challenge is: Front alternating dumbbell raise
Let's do 25 of arm for a total of 50 of them.
Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.
You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

done! not as bad as i imagined! i'm a weakling so i only have 5 lb weights, but i read this wrong..i did 50 for each arm. oh well, extra won't hurt right?0
