Hello! Over the past couple of months I haven't been working out and I have put on about 5-7 pounds. I am looking to get rid of that and transform my diet back to a healthy one. I just joined a new gym so I need to get motivated to go workout every day. I am having a hard time finding the motivation to be strict about my diet and health. I normally am very OCD about it, but lately I have just been so lazy. I'd love to make some friends on here to help me get motivated and stay with it!
