i just had a healthy bfst too and im good! and virtually no carbs! lol.. sautteed (real butter but lt butter called "belade") mushroom and spinach.. and one medium scrambled egg and 3tbsp egg whites 1oz feta and lil salsa! yum0 -

I loved what he had to say on the lipid hypothesis, really got me thinking. My diet is usually roughly 20-30% carbs, 30-40% protein and some days my fat intake is 50% or more. My cholesterol is perfect since I started this and my triglycerides are very low. HDL is high and LDL is very low. So, it kinda proves his point. My cholesterol was very high following a high carb/low fat diet (I was in my 20s at the time)!0 -

hahaha yep!!!! I just made dinna.... chicken breast, veggies (brocoli/carrots) 4 stuffed mushrooms and a slice of sergento cheddar cheese... freakin bomb!!! lol0 -

LOVE IT!!! Someone posted it last night and I started watching it.. only saw about 30 min of it...but I AM HOOKED!!! Def going to finish watching
I've always been a low carb follower... so many people look down on it.. but I don't see how 300+ carbs a day is OKAY in our society for a normal based diet..... that (to me) is whyyyyyyyyyyyy America is fat... Lower carbs..... its the way to go! Plus the movie is highly interesting!!0 -
