Multi Gym routine

Hi

I've just ordered this multi gym (http://www.johnlewis.com/Shopping/Product.aspx?Type=SKU&Id=231512314) and was wondering if anyone has any good routines that can be done on one of these?

My aim is to lose weight and tone up but not get insanely ripped, just fit.

I did have a weight bench with free weights, however I decided I wanted to try a multi gym instead (I know the debate that's ongoing saying free weights are 100% better than a multi gym though!)

Bit of background - I was around 19 stone (266lbs) and lost roughly 6.5 stone so was at about 175lbs about 5 months ago, I have since got my first job and also got my first house so life has been a tad stressful recently so I have piled on about 8lbs in the last 4 months.

Hence I just want to start getting into the routine again, I have an exercise bike, a punch bag and a 16kg kettlebell, I just wanted the multi gym so I just hop on it without having to really set up a weight bench and all the weights etc

So any good routines around?
